I began my career as a content reviewer on Google Maps & Facebook Marketplace and a side hustle on beings a front-end developer & Digital marketing which sharpened my ability to understand user intent. Gradually, I transitioned into UX Design — embracing user research, wireframing, and interaction design.
I’m a curious problem-solver with 7+ years of experience across UX and product strategy. I’ve worked at the crossroads of user needs and business goals, helping teams shape meaningful digital experiences.
I started out in UX, where I learned to ask the right questions, listen closely, and design with empathy. Over the years, my role naturally evolved — I found myself not just designing screens, but helping define the why behind products. That’s what drew me into product thinking.
From building a desktop SaaS product - iCard Designer, to leading customer journey mapping for an internal financial platform (worked on diverse set of clients coming from the United Kingdom, South Africa & Philippines Regions), Insurance companies (the United States Region). I’ve worn many hats — strategist, researcher, facilitator, mentor and designer. Here are some of my Achievements & Appreciations from a client I worked for 3 years continuously.
My approach blends systems thinking, human-centered design, and value-driven delivery. I love stepping into ambiguous problem spaces, breaking them down, and co-creating solutions that are practical, intuitive, and backed by research. As my career evolved, I took on strategic roles, working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define vision, scope, and outcomes.
I’m excited to work on products that not only solve problems but also create lasting value for users and businesses alike.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me experimenting with fermentation projects, exploring side hustles, or planning travel experiences that inspire both the heart and the mind.
Interests
I actively participate in product-focused workshops and teardown sessions by Product & UX Communities (The Product Folks, Designland, Friends of Figma - Hyderabad), that explore go-to-market strategies, product improvements, user journeys, and key performance metrics. These sessions help me stay sharp, collaborative, and aligned with evolving product practices. I'm also passionate about continuously learning what's new in the market—especially in the space of emerging AI tools and how they can be integrated into product thinking, workflows, and customer experiences.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love connecting with people through strategy-based board games that mix creativity with collaboration. Photography is another passion—capturing everyday moments with a focus on mood, composition, and storytelling. You can explore some of my clicks here. I also enjoy cooking as a mindful, experimental activity that blends flavor with intuition—very much like designing an experience.
