I’m Bhavya Sree Koppula, a Product Thinker, Researcher & AI-Driven Builder with 7+ years of experience working across enterprise and early-stage environments, helping teams solve complex user and business challenges through research-led strategy, structured decision-making, and collaborative execution.

My journey began in UX and service design, where I built a strong foundation in understanding user behavior, mapping journeys, and improving workflows through close collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams. Over time, this evolved into working across broader product problem spaces — identifying opportunities, shaping solution directions, facilitating workshops, and supporting teams in making informed product decisions.

From contributing to the evolution of iCard Designer, a desktop SaaS product, to leading journey mapping and workflow transformation initiatives for customer success services for financial and insurance platforms across the United Kingdom, South Africa, Philippines, and United States, I have had the opportunity to work across diverse markets and complex operational ecosystems.

Across these experiences, I have taken on multiple roles — strategist, researcher, facilitator, mentor, and design lead — with a consistent focus on bringing clarity to ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and shaping solutions around meaningful outcomes.

Alongside my enterprise consulting work, I have also contributed to early-stage product initiatives, partnering closely with founders and teams on problem validation, MVP scoping, requirement definition, journey design, and solution shaping. These experiences have strengthened my ability to navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful trade-offs, and move ideas from concept to validated direction with speed and intent.

I actively participate in product-focused workshops and teardown sessions by Product & UX Communities (The Product Folks, Designland, Friends of Figma - Hyderabad), that explore go-to-market strategies, product improvements, user journeys, and key performance metrics. These sessions help me stay sharp, collaborative, and aligned with evolving product practices. I'm also passionate about continuously learning what's new in the market—especially in the space of emerging AI tools and how they can be integrated into product thinking, workflows, and customer experiences.

Outside of work, I love connecting with people through strategy-based board games that mix creativity with collaboration.
